The scanner tells you what is wrong. The cleanup fixes it on your computer, and nothing changes without your yes:

- Masks exposed keys and tells you which ones to rotate.
- Takes suspicious orders out of memory and keeps them aside for you to review.
- Removes repeated lines and moves giant blocks to a separate file, so you stop paying for them on every message.
- Locks down your credential files so other users cannot read them.
- Lowers how often or how heavily your heartbeat runs, if you approve.

Before touching a file it keeps a copy. At the end it scans again and shows you before and after. If you do not like a change, one command undoes it.

A clean agent can prove it. With a plan, Psyseal checks your agent and, if it passes, gives it a signed seal with its own public page and a badge for its profile or README.

To get it, three checks must pass:

It does not upload your agent. The scanner uses no network at all. The cleanup only checks your plan, and the seal only sends results and a fingerprint of your files.
It does not change anything without your yes. The scanner only reads. The cleanup asks before each change and keeps a backup.
No secrets on screen. It prints file, line and type, never a key and never the text of your memory.
No AI. Plain arithmetic and pattern matching, so you get the same result every time.
The code is plain JavaScript with no dependencies. The scanner is free under MIT-0, and you can read the cleanup and the seal in full before you pay.
